• Repeatedly mandated to launch and scale new strategies - Scaled growth and structured equity principal strategy from concept into dedicated $750M strategy from 2017 – 2021 at Macquarie, leveraging the firm’s points of differentiation to create unique investment opportunities.

• Utilizes deep and active network of tech CXOs, VC partners, independent board members, and institutional investors to source deals as well as candidates, customers, and partners for portfolio companies.
