The SIZE team worked with the CEO, finance, sales and international teams at Omaze. SIZE provided the company with financial and operational strategies that would allow the company to optimize the timing of their product offerings.
The process began with an analysis of the financial implications of various types of prizes. Additionally, SIZE worked with Omaze to develop the financial strategies for international expansion.
SIZE's analysis of Omaze’s financial and operational strategies informed immediate opportunities and refined their international growth plan. This ultimately fed into the communication of their vision and brand story during their Series C fundraise.

The Brand
Omaze is a fundraising platform that raises money for nonprofit organizations from a new generation of donors. Unlike traditional auctions where funds raised are limited to winning bidders, Omaze broke the mold by offering raffle prizes for donations with the chance to win once-in-a-lifetime prizes like luxury homes, premium cars, and celebrity experiences all in the interest of making the world a better place. Nonprofits are able to focus on impact and the needs of their respective communities and donors are eligible to win incredible prizes.
The Objective
SIZE was approached to support the Omaze team through the preparation of their Series C fundraise. A rapidly growing social impact startup, Omaze needed a budgeting and analysis tool that could be used to help analyze approaches to optimize cash flow for the fundraise and also guide business decisions moving forward.
The Challenge
As a scaling business, Omaze was resource constrained with working capital needs. As they approached their Series C, Jim and the SIZE team were challenged to simplify their financial model into a more useful and sustainable tool that could scale with them. Due to Omaze’s high potential for growth, there was added urgency to develop and use this model to support the various initiatives that would meet the opportunities available to the business.
