Anand is an accomplished senior executive passionate about investing in and working with growth-stage tech companies, with deep expertise in commerce technology, marketing tech, fintech, and vertical software.

Track Record of delivering investment returns on growth equity, >210% IRR as independent GP in 2021 / 2022 YTD and >100% IRR on exits while co-heading growth equity at Macquarie on >$300M of invested capital.

Repeatedly mandated to launch and scale new strategies - Scaled growth and structured equity principal strategy from concept into dedicated $750M strategy from 2017 – 2021 at Macquarie, leveraging the firm’s points of differentiation to create unique investment opportunities.

Utilizes deep and active network of tech CXOs, VC partners, independent board members, and institutional investors to source deals as well as candidates, customers, and partners for portfolio companies.
